JIMMIE LEE ROBINS
Tuklo Bish-Ko-Kos
Born August 30, 1941 in Ada, Oklahoma, the capitol of the Chickasaw Nation. Descended from a long line of American Indians, from ten different tribes. "The longer I do research on various family surnames. I am astonished to what extent they have inter-married into many different tribes. For example; my ggg-grandmother, Isabella LOGAN, b: 1797 in South Carolina. Her parents were from old Botetourt Cty., a huge county that during the 1700's cover about four states. The LOGAN's of old Boteourt Cty., were descended from John LOGAN [?], Chief of the Mingo Tribe, though he was in fact half blood Cayuga, and was married into the Shawnee Tribe. My ggg-grandmother Isabella was married to Richard FORD, of the Western Cherokee Nation of Arkansas. The LOGAN's also married into the Choctaw Tribe."
